"The return process was way more frustrating than I expected"
I’m not sure if I just expected too much, but the return process ended up being a real headache. The refund took way longer than I thought it would, and every time I contacted support, I felt like I was getting bounced around without a clear answer. Maybe I missed something in the fine print, but the whole thing left me frustrated.

"Works fine, but checkout could be smoother"
I was able to find what I needed without too much trouble, so the site definitely gets the job done. That said, the checkout process felt a bit clunky and could be more straightforward. I think other customers would probably appreciate a smoother, quicker checkout experience too

"Showed up faster than expected"
I ordered from respshop.com and didn’t expect it to arrive so quickly, but it did. The tracking updated without any problems, which was nice because I didn’t have to keep guessing where it was. Small win for me since I needed it sooner than later, and everything went smoothly.

"Limited options, and a bit unnecessary"
I was trying to find a few different CPAP mask options, but the selection felt limited. A couple of the brands and sizes I was looking for either weren’t there or were way harder to find than necessary. It might be fine if you already know the exact mask you need, but if you’re just browsing and comparing options, it’s kind of disappointing.

"Got my prescription sorted, eventually"
I was a little confused at first because my prescription wasn’t going through the way I expected. I reached out to support and they helped me figure out what was going on without making it a huge hassle. It did take a bit longer than I thought it would, but in the end everything got sorted and the experience was good overall.

"Order was "mostly" right"
My order showed up on time, which was great, but one of the items wasn’t the one I actually picked. Customer support did fix it, so I’ll give them credit for that, but it was still a little "annoying" to deal with. Overall, not terrible, just kind of okay

"Felt pricey, and the service didn’t help"
I ordered from respshop.com and the product itself was fine, so no major complaints there. But after checking a few other sites, the price felt high, especially once shipping and extra costs were added in. What bothered me more was that when I had a question, the response kind of made me feel talked down to, like I should’ve already known the answer. Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience, but between the pricing and that interaction, I probably wouldn’t order again unless there was a decent sale or discount...

"Recent order support was polite, just a bit slow"
I ordered from respshop.com recently and had to reach out to customer service about my shipping status. They were polite when they finally got back to me, but it definitely took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up once to get an update. Since this was my most recent experience with them, it’s kind of what stands out the most right now. They did solve the issue in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was bad, just not the smoothest process. 3 stars feels about right.

"Good quality CPAP mask"
I’ve been using this CPAP mask for a bit now , and it feels solid overall . The hose seems fine too , and I haven’t had any issues with it so far .
